Credit & Payment History We review your credit report for overall patterns, not a single score. There’s no minimum credit score requirement. We care more about how you handle your obligations over time. Rental History References from previous landlords carry significant weight. A track record of paying on time, maintaining the property, and being a good neighbor goes a long way. Background Check We run professional background screenings and follow all applicable Arizona fair housing laws and the Residential Landlord and Tenant Act (A.R.S. § 33-1301). Past Evictions A prior eviction is not an automatic disqualifier. If you can demonstrate clean rental history since then, stable employment, and other compensating factors, we’re willing to work with you. What Are Compensating Factors?
