The minimum gross household income requirement, which is three times the monthly rent, is $4,185. This zero-entry, ground-floor-only duplex unit features luxury vinyl flooring throughout, except for carpet in the bedrooms, and an open-concept layout with combined living, dining, and kitchen areas. The patio door off the living room opens to a concrete patio area and a large, privacy-fenced backyard. The kitchen features granite countertops and newer stainless-steel appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. A full bathroom is located off the hallway.
