Security deposit terms are designed to be fair and flexible based on applicant qualifications. For approved applicants who meet the minimum credit score of 680 and income requirement of 3x the monthly rent, the refundable security deposit is equal to one month’s rent.
Applicants who do not meet these criteria may still be considered but will be required to provide a higher security deposit equal to 1.5 times the monthly rent.
