We consider any concerns related to damage, pets, pests, etc. If there is an eviction on record, you must have 3 years of good rental history following the eviction. Criminal Background: Most misdemeanors require 1 year off probation. Most felonies require 5 years off probation. Any murder or sex-related crimes result in lifetime denial. Debts: We ensure there is no money owed to other property management companies or utility companies.
