Reasons for Denial: Open (undischarged) bankruptcy. Unpaid rental debts or collections. Unverifiable or false social security number. Employment History Requirements What We Look For: At least 12 months of work with your current employer or in the same field. Exceptions or Special Cases: If employed less than 6 months, a higher deposit may be needed. Retired or self-employed applicants must provide recent tax returns or proof of benefits. International students must provide an I-20 form. Military applicants must provide their L.E.S. (Leave and Earnings Statement).
