This week we focused on speed improvements and making common workflows smoother. Plus, RentEngine University had a major overhaul with tons of new help articles to help you troubleshoot issues faster!

New Syndication Support Flow
We've added a streamlined process to handle any issues with your listing syndication—whether it's incorrect location data, listings not appearing on sites like Zillow, or missing information and photos.
Here's how to log issues:
Navigate to the Syndication Status report in your Intelligence tab
Click on "Report Listing" and view the troubleshooting support options
Or report your exact issue and track the resolution status from Reported → Resolved.
This new workflow is much faster and more efficient than reaching out via Support chat, giving you direct visibility into issue resolution while our team works behind the scenes to get your listings back on track.

Smarter Lockbox Assignment
We've made lockbox management more intuitive based on user feedback.
When assigning a lockbox to a property, you'll now see which property it was previously assigned to—especially useful when you can't remember the lockbox serial number or need to track down where a specific box was last used.
Special thanks to Wolfgang Croskey for suggesting this improvement! We love hearing from our users about workflow pain points.
Property Address Editing
You can now edit addresses, timezones, and map coordinates for all properties directly within the platform. This feature is particularly valuable for new construction properties where mapping providers like Google Maps don't have accurate location data yet.
How to use it: Click the pencil icon next to the relevant property on the Properties tab to access these editing options.
This update eliminates the frustration of dealing with properties that show up "in the middle of a field" or have incorrect timezone settings affecting showing availability.
Faster Command Center Performance
Messages and leads now load significantly faster in the Command Center.
Our engineering team moved the data processing from your browser to our servers, reducing the load on your device and delivering a much snappier user experience. The technical improvements happen behind the scenes, but the speed boost should be immediately noticeable!
Revamped RentEngine University
We've completely overhauled our help center with new articles designed to help you troubleshoot common issues independently.
New resources include:

How to reset location permissions to start your showing
These step-by-step guides cover the most frequently asked support questions but, of course, our team remains available in the chat for any questions these articles don't cover.

Additional Improvements

Fixed a bug that affected sharing listings through mobile devices
Updated Showing Complete email notifications to only send when there's actual showing feedback, reducing unnecessary email noise for your team
