Product Updates: Week 38

This week is a big-bug-fix-it week! We've also rolled out a nifty update to how team notifications are managed.

Team Notification Management

You can now customize notification settings for your entire team. This is perfect for larger teams with maintenance staff, property managers, or executives who don't need daily leasing notifications flooding their inboxes.

How to set it up: Go to Settings > Communication > Notifications and adjust email preferences for each team member. Simple as that.

Platform improvements

This week brought several behind-the-scenes improvements to make your leasing operations run smoother.

Property Management

• All parking options (garage, covered, street parking, etc.) now display properly when updating property details, allowing you to easily deselect options that aren't applicable

• Enhanced pet policy handling in property listings and application screening.

Intelligence & Analytics

• Further refinements to Intelligence AI, improving responses when crunching your leasing data

• Updated the Leasing Pipeline property performance dashboard to better display Days on Market (DOM) metrics and include multifamily property names for clearer reporting.

Command Center & Communication

• Fixed Command Center message filtering so that prospects who have texted "STOP" don't appear in the unanswered messages queue, reducing noise for your team.

• Improved logic for tenant notifications when showings are canceled, ensuring current tenants aren't notified about cancellations after their specified move-out date.

Fraud Guard & Security

• Modified the Fraud Guard prescreening system to support flexible GPS location verification radius checks, allowing you to customize geolocation requirements based on your security needs.

• Added direct navigation links from Fraud Guard prescreening results to the Command Center for faster prospect follow-up.
