Product Updates: Week 49
The Command Center got a big update this week with a complete rebuild of the notes and follow-ups system. This update addresses one of the most requested features from larger teams: better tracking and collaboration tools for manual outreach.

Notes & Follow-ups Revamp
We've completely reimagined how notes and follow-ups work in the Command Center, transforming what was once a simple text field into a comprehensive tracking and collaboration system.
Structured notes with smart organization - Add notes at the prospect level and optionally assign them to specific properties. The system automatically pins the first note for immediate visibility.
Comprehensive follow-up logging - Document every manual touchpoint, whether it's a text, phone call, email, or in-person interaction. Optionally assign follow-ups to specific properties.
Intelligent reminder system - Set reminders for future follow-ups that automatically bring prospects back to the top of your queue when action is needed.
Team collaboration via tagging - Tag team members directly in notes or follow-ups to loop them into the conversation. They'll receive email notifications when they’ve been tagged.
Complete audit trail - The who left what notes and when. Also check out the Archive to see old notes.
Integrated conversation timeline - Notes and follow-ups appear directly in the prospect's conversation flow, providing complete context without switching screens or tabs.
Automatic Import from Listing Sites
Starting this week, when prospects inquire through Zillow, Realtor.com, or other listing sites, their initial notes automatically populate in the Command Center. This ensures you never lose important context from the first touchpoint.

Enhanced Message Snoozing
The snooze feature received meaningful upgrades to better accommodate different working styles and team structures:
Flexible time periods - Choose from preset durations (30 minutes, 1 hour, forever.) or set custom snooze times that match your workflow
Personal vs. team snoozing - Decide whether to snooze messages just for yourself (letting other team members respond) or for the entire team (ensuring the prospect gets a response when someone is actually available)

Mobile App Enhancement
The Properties tab in the mobile app now features an eye icon that links directly to complete property listing pages. Agents in the field can instantly access:
Full photo galleries
Marketing descriptions
Pricing and fees
Complete amenity lists

Searchable Lockbox Notes
The Lockboxes tab now supports full-text search through your notes. If you've documented specific details like "blue door" or "in Jenny’s car," you can search these keywords to instantly find the right lockbox.

Intelligence Report Improvements
We've improved the logic in the Property Performance report to provide better visibility into off-market properties. The system now accurately tracks and displays exactly when properties came off market.
These insights are particularly valuable for portfolio analysis and owner reporting.
