Intelligence 3.0 is live: one filter set across every page, custom scorecards, scheduled reports, and an activity heatmap, plus new pages for agents, applications, and AI performance.
This week, we simplified how you read your portfolio’s leasing activity. Leasing Reports now sit inside Intelligence and you now get five individual reporting pages and one filter set that filters across all of them.
Plus, we introduced new ways to visualize your data, including an activity heatmap and customizable scorecards, and introduced new ways to schedule and autosend reports.

What is new in Intelligence 3.0
Five pages and one filter set - Set a filter once and every page, chart, and report follows it
Activity heatmap - See exactly when your busy season starts
Custom scorecards - Pick the 6 metrics you actually track
Agents and AI - Two new pages
Scheduled reports - Email any report to anyone, on your cadence
Chat history in Intelligence AI - Reopen any question you asked last we
See your busy season in a new heatmap
A new heatmap has been included on both the Overview and AI pages. The chart maps out your weekly and daily activity levels, giving you insights into when your busy season is.
You can toggle between weekly and daily granularity, and between the heatmap and a line-chart view. On the heatmap, blocks read like a calendar: oldest tile is top left and this week is bottom right. You can hover any tile for the full count.
You can also filter to a single funnel stage or see all of them at once. Switch to a line chart to put several funnel stages on the same axis and compare them.
The new Activity heatmap on the Intelligence Overview page.
Where to find it:Intelligence > Overview page > Activity card, toggle between "Blocks" and “Lines” view (it also appears on the Intelligence > AI page).
Pick your own scorecards
The Overview page's scorecards are now fully customizable and you can select which metrics are most important to your business.
These 6 blocks are now customizable and can show the metrics most important to your business.
Click on the settings icon next to the “Overview” heading and pick any 6 from the full metric list:
Active Units and Active Prospects per Unit
Leased DOM and Aged DOM
Five funnel conversion rates
Time to showing scheduled, showing complete, and application submitted
Application processing time
Average response time
AI performance
Percentage of missed calls
The metrics you select will load every time you open the page. The metrics you select can also be different from other users in your portfolio.
Where to find it: Intelligence > Overview page> Display Options (settings icon).
Select your scorecards from the Display Options drawer.
A new Agent dashboard
Agent activity and performance now lives in a dedicated dashboard. You can track:
Performance by Agent: This view ranks your agents on one metric at a time. Toggle between Days on Market, Active Prospects, Showings Scheduled, Showings Complete, Messages Sent, Calls Made, average response time, agent feedback, cancellations, and Prospect to Application Submitted.
Conversion Rate by Agent draws one line per agent across new prospects, showing scheduled, and showing complete. Every agent starts at 100 percent of their own prospects, so you can compare drop-off instead of volume. In other words, you compare the conversion rate of your busiest agent and newest agent on the same scale.
The Agent Performance report carries over from the previous Intelligence page and sits below both with a totals row.
The page only lists agents with activity in your current filters. If you filter to a specific subteam, the data will only reflect that team’s agent performance.
Where to find it: Intelligence tab > Agents.
Track agent performance and activity in the new Agent dashboard.
A dedicated AI dashboard now shows you what RentEngine AI handled across your portfolio including numbers of texts and calls, time saved, and two cards below them show how much the AI finishes on its own. “Showings Scheduled” and “Applications Received” each give you the share that went through with zero human touch.
Below that, a Call Outcomes chart breaks voice calls into Success, Escalated, and Failure, and two more charts show the most common questions and escalation reasons from text conversations.

A new Applications page
RentEngine applications also get their own page, opening on three numbers: number of submitted households, median processing time per application, and your approval rate.
A funnel below that runs Started to Submitted to Approved, so you can see where applicants drop out. Next to it, a chart names your top 5 reasons for rejection and rolls the rest into Other, with a count of how many it rolled up.
The Rental Applications report sits underneath.
Where to find it: Intelligence > Applications.

Schedule any report to land in inboxes automatically
Every report table in Intelligence can now be scheduled to send by email on a daily, weekly, or monthly cadence. Each schedule captures its own filters and date range at the time it is saved, so it keeps sending the same slice of data no matter how the page in front of you is filtered later.
For an owner who only wants their one building's numbers every Monday, that schedule keeps sending exactly that scope even after you have moved on to filtering the page for someone else.
Where to find it: Overview > Choose a Report > Click the paper plan icon > set up the report schedule and recipients.
Schedule a report from the Units page. You can schedule multiple reports.
Intelligence AI remembers your questions
Intelligence AI can now recall the queries you made in a chat history. So the question you asked on Monday about your worst-performing units is still there on Friday, with the answer under it. You can easily pick it back up, ask a follow-up, and keep the conversation going.
Intelligence AI now saves your queries.
Intelligence AI also answers inside your current filters, e.g. filter to three subteams and you get an answer only about those three subteams and not your whole portfolio.
Where to find it:Intelligence > Overview page> Intelligence AI card > click the clock icon.
Also new this week in Intelligence
The Units page is a complete owner-report view. Select a unit or community to see the following pipeline for that unit: Days on Market, Active Prospects, Upcoming Showings, a Leasing Performance health badge, a themed Showing Feedback list, and a read-only mirror of the Command Center.
New Market Rent, Market Trends, and On Zillow columns. The Units report table now shows current market rent and trend direction. Plus you can see whether a unit is live on Zillow, with a click-through to its syndication status.
A few naming changes. Lead is now Prospect, Property is now Unit, Multifamily Property is now Community, and Lockbox is now Access. This is across nav labels, reports, filters, and columns.
