Product Updates: Week 32

Week 32 delivers the features you've been requesting: perfect timing for your listing syndication, FOMO-inducing special offers that expire automatically, and crystal-clear lead assignment for commission-based teams. Plus, everything runs faster than ever before.

Special offers with automatic expiration

Need to give a property a little boost? You can now create special offers directly in RentEngine, whether it's "$500 off first month" or "Half off deposit."

The game-changer? Set automatic expiration dates to create genuine urgency. Run a two-week special and it'll automatically disappear when the promotion ends.

Set the offer when editing a property and click the preview icon in your Properties tab to see exactly how it'll look to prospects. This is perfect for filling tough-to-lease units or creating seasonal promotions.

Property syndication control

You can now choose exactly when to start syndicating each property to Zillow and other listing sites. This solves a major pain point: wanting a property live on your website while you're still prepping it for serious lead generation.

Here's why this matters: when you first syndicate, listing sites give your property a visibility boost. Now you can save that boost for when you're actually ready to lease, rather than wasting it during prep time.

Find this setting in the Properties tab when clicking on Edit Property.

Smart lead-to-agent assignment

For commission-based teams, lead ownership just got crystal clear. When an unassigned lead schedules a showing through Smart Scheduling, they're automatically assigned to the agent conducting that showing.

Here's an example of how it works:

• Lead inquires on Zillow (unassigned)

• Lead schedules showing via Smart Scheduling

• System assigns them to the available agent

• That agent now owns the lead through closing

• Agents only see their assigned leads in Command Center

This eliminates confusion about lead ownership and ensures consistent follow-through from showing to signing.

Faster Properties tab

We've supercharged the Properties tab with significant performance optimizations. You'll notice the difference immediately with faster loading times across the board.

This was a behind-the-scenes upgrade, but one that makes your daily workflow noticeably smoother, especially for teams managing large portfolios.

Dynamic widget sizing

We've updated your website widgets with dynamic height adjustments so they automatically resize to match your number of listings. This means less wasted space and a better user experience for prospects browsing your available properties.

The widget now scales intelligently whether you have 5 listings or 50, keeping your website looking clean and professional.

Update to the latest widget code in Settings > Company > Listings Widget Builder.
