Your RentEngine Data Is Now Live in PMDash

Property managers running multiple tools have always dealt with the same problem: the data lives in one place, and the scoreboard lives somewhere else. PMDash was announced this week to fix that.

RentEngine is now available as a native integration on PMDash, the KPI dashboard that pulls your entire property management stack into a single view. We were part of the first wave of integration partners on the platform (and currently the most popular integration in the PMDash marketplace).

What PMDash does

PMDash gives property management teams one place to track KPIs across every tool in their stack. Instead of toggling between apps, it pulls data from all your software into a single screen.

You can build custom metrics from scratch, set thresholds, assign each number to the person responsible, and get alerts when something needs attention. When a metric turns red, everyone on the team knows who handles it. Reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) are generated automatically.

For leasing teams, that means your RentEngine data (DOM, showing conversion rates, lead response times, AI performance, property health) is visible alongside the rest of your operational data.

Who should use this integration

Leasing is one of the highest-leverage functions in property management, and it's also one of the hardest to track in real time. Most operators know roughly how they're performing. Few have a clear, up-to-date view of where leads are dropping off, how their showing conversion compares week over week, or whether AI follow-up is outperforming manual outreach.

The RentEngine + PMDash integration makes that visible. Your leasing metrics update automatically and feed directly into your PMDash scoreboard alongside maintenance, financials, and occupancy data.

Our open API

RentEngine is built with an open API, which means your data isn't locked in. Whether you use PMDash or an internal reporting tool you've built in-house, RentEngine can connect to it.
