New Feature Release: User Assignments

We're excited to announce the release of User Assignments.

You can now assign individual leads to a specific agent on your team. This will supplement Subteams, letting you divide up leads for a specific property or portfolio.

Note: we suggest using this feature only if you have multiple leasing agents serving a single property/portfolio and want to track performance by leasing agent

Assigning a lead

You can assign leads to yourself or someone else on the team

From the Command Center, click Action > Assign to User

Choose the assigned user(s) you want and then press Submit

The change will automatically be recorded in the prospect's history, showing who was assigned and unassigned

Filtering

By default, the Command Center and Showings Calendar will show all the leads that you're assigned to.

These leads will either be directly assigned to you or assigned to the whole subteam.

From the filter, you can also select other users to see their assigned leads and help out.

Notifications

You'll get call and push notifications for leads specifically assigned to you, leads for your subteam's properties and any unassigned leads.
