New Feature Release: Transfer Calls

Today we’re excited to announce a much-requested new feature

Since releasing the Command Center’s built-in phone system, many users have asked for the ability to transfer calls to other leasing agents or to different departments.

Now you can!

Using the call window, you can route the call to another RentEngine user or to an external phone number (such as your maintenance department)

We’ve also added a dialpad to help you navigate phone trees during outbound calls
