New Feature Release: Custom Website Widgets

And now we’ve made it a whole lot easier to showcase your properties exactly as you like.
With the new Widget Builder, you can now customize every aspect of how your listings appear on your website.
From map views to grid layouts, sorting preferences to design variations, this update gives you full control over the look and function of your embedded listings.
What you can customize
View type: Choose between grid or map views
Use grid view to highlight a curated list of available units. This is great for showcasing vacancies in a single building or complex, or single neighborhood.
Use map view if your portfolio is spread across a city or region. This option is perfect for renters browsing by neighborhood.
Sorting rules
Date created – Showcase your oldest listings first.
Price – Help prospects quickly find options within their range.
Distance – Ideal for prospects looking near a specific location, like a university or workplace.
Beds and baths – Let prospects filter and sort based on what fits their lifestyle.
Available date – Useful for future planners looking to move at a specific time.
Filters
Filter to show only specific multifamily properties, units, subteams, or property types.
How to build a custom widget
Sign in to RentEngine and navigate to Settings → Company. In the bottom right corner, select Build Custom Widget.
Experiment with different layouts or customize your filtering and sorting options.
When you’re done, click Copy Embed Code.
Copy and paste this code into your website to embed the listings widget.
