New Feature Release: Smart Scheduling

We’re rolling out a game-changing upgrade to showings: Smart Scheduling.

These new tools let your leasing agents spend more time closing and less time scheduling

How to use Smart Scheduling

Smart Scheduling is designed for leasing teams who do accompanied, agent-led showings. It’s especially beneficial for:

  • Leasing agents who cover multiple scattered properties

  • Agents who want to prevent scheduling conflicts

  • Teams who want to minimize time spent driving and waiting between showings

Stacking & Piggybacking

Why show a property to just one person at a time when you can show it to multiple and generate more buzz?

With Stacking & Piggybacking, you can now control the number of prospects per showing slot, allowing you to:

  • Reduce gaps in your schedule

  • Increase interest by fostering a competitive ‘buzz’ at showings

  • Spend more time closing

How to enable: Navigate to Settings > Portfolio and select your preferred stacking limit and showing duration. We recommend 30-minute slots for maximum efficiency. (See our guide for step-by-step instructions.)

Drive Time Adjustments

Getting from one showing to the next shouldn’t feel like a race against the clock. Smart Scheduling now factors in real drive time, using Google Maps data to calculate buffers between appointments. This ensures:

  • Realistic travel time between properties

  • A stress-free experience for agents

  • More accurate scheduling for prospects

How to enable: No action needed! Drive time adjustments are automatically included for all accompanied showings.

Calendar Sync

Say goodbye to double-booking as juggling personal and professional commitments just got easier. Smart Scheduling syncs with your Google or Outlook calendar to prevent scheduling conflicts. If you’re busy, showings will be automatically blocked from those times.

How to enable: Go to Settings > Personal and connect your calendar. While you’re there, you can also update your available showing windows. (Check out our guide for details.)

Multiple Showing Agents

If multiple agents handle showings for a property—such as weekday and weekend coverage—you can assign multiple team members with Smart Scheduling. The system then selects the best available agent when scheduling showings.

How to enable: When activating a new vacancy, select all team members responsible for showings and click Smart Assign. The system will handle the rest.

Protect your team and time with Blocklist

Your team’s safety and peace of mind matter. With our new Blocklist feature, you can permanently block specific people from scheduling showings.

How to enable: From the Command Center, select Action > Blocklist Prospect to prevent certain individuals from booking future appointments.
