Applicants securely connect their bank account, link their payroll provider, or upload income documents directly. Every document is verified and extracted through OCR trained on thousands of real bank statements and paystubs.
The system extracts the information your team needs to make a decision: pay period, gross and net pay, income consistency, deposits and withdrawals. It then cross-references this data against the applicant's personal information — name, employer, declared income.

Before the landlord can submit, they complete two-factor authentication to verify their identity.
